Capgemini’s Customer Support Group (CSG) is seeking dynamic individuals to join its Cloud & Infra Services team in Noida. CSG acts as the first line of defense in managing IT infrastructure incidents and service requests through various contact channels, ensuring optimized and proactive IT support solutions for clients worldwide.
📝 Responsibilities:
- Customer service/problem resolution: Provide top-tier customer service and technical troubleshooting via voice-based phone service and other contact channels.
- Ticket management : Manage tickets effectively, prioritize urgency, and ensure timely resolution.
- Business intelligence : Utilize business intelligence tools and practices to support customers efficiently.
- Service delivery : Deliver exceptional service, manage customer interactions effectively, and utilize intelligent AI BOT for issue resolution
- Customer management : Support customers across various industries including Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology.
- Service email retrieve : Troubleshoot internet-related issues and ensure first contact resolution.
- Service marketing : Communicate with customers courteously and professionally, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
🎓 Qualification:
- Completed any 3-year diploma/graduation in 2023
- Drive open for Women Candidates only
🔗 Desired Skills:
- Excellent communication and English speaking skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Basic computing skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment and night shifts.
