Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up existing vacancies in the Civil Courts of the State of Jharkhand and in the Judicial Academy, Jharkhand, for the following posts:

Important Dates:
- Starting date of Online application: 01.03.2024.
- Closing date of Online application: 31.03.2024.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have the required minimum qualification on/before the last date of submission of the online application.
- Candidates must have knowledge of working on computers with sound knowledge of typing on the computer.
- Candidates must be well acquainted with computer applications.
- Candidates should possess sound health, good moral character, and should not be involved in or related to any criminal case or any offense involving moral turpitude.
Age Limit:
- The minimum age limit is 21 years, and the maximum age limit varies based on the category.
- Age relaxation applicable as per government norms.
Reservation Policy:
- Reservation benefits will be given to candidates belonging to the State of Jharkhand only.
- Candidates of other states in the reserved category will be treated as Unreserved Category candidates.
Selection Process:
- The selection process includes Typing Test, Stenography Test (if applicable), Personality Test, and Interview.
- Merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in the respective skill tests and interview.
Application Process:
- Online applications are to be filled up in English only.
- Candidates must fill only one online application for the mentioned posts and select the posts as per their preference.

Documents Required for Upload:
- Scanned photograph and signature of the candidate.
- Matriculation Certificate or Mark sheet/Grade Sheet.
- Graduation Certificate or equivalent degree certificate.
- Typing speed certificate in English and Hindi.
- Residential certificate, caste certificate, EWS certificate, disability certificate (if applicable), and NOC from the employer (if applicable).
Examination Fee:
- Rs. 500/- for Un-Reserved, EWS, B.C.-I & B.C.-II Categories.
- Rs. 125/- for SC & ST Categories.
- Persons with Disabilities will be exempted from the examination fee.
Payment of Fee:
- Payment gateway: Razorpay.
- Payment options: Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking.
