Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- B.E/B.Tech/MCA (CSE, IT, ECE)
- 60% in current degree, No Current Backlogs
- Women candidates preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Trainee at Wipro, your responsibilities will include:
- Configuring and testing Wipro's Total Benefit Administration (TBA) System to meet client requirements.
- Preparing test cases and executing test activities based on direction from the SA.
- Serving as an entry-level position focusing on programming, systems configuration, and testing related to HR systems.
Technical Skills Required:
Candidates should possess the following technical skills:
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles.
- Proficiency in Simple & Complex SQL Queries.
- Ability to write intermediate SQL queries.
Communication and Excellence:
Strong communication and logical skills (oral, written, and listening ability) are essential for this role.
