Job Description:
As an IT Service Management Representative at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in managing the delivery of IT production systems and services. Your responsibilities will include supporting the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining operational support for production systems and devices.
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Familiarity with Asset Management is advantageous.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in incident, problem, change, and release management.
- Ability to manage and maintain CMDBs effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information:
- The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in Configuration Database and CI Management.
- A strong educational background in Information Technology Operations, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
