Roles & Responsibilities in IDFC:
- Customer Acquisition: Acquire current and savings accounts from the identified segment and generate references within the specified catchment area.

- Digital Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding and activation of customers on digital platforms to enhance accessibility and convenience.
- Support Activities: Assist Senior Sales Managers in catchment mapping and branch scoping exercises, providing regular feedback on customer requirements and potential opportunities.
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to sales compliance and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) defined by the organization, maintaining alignment with internal and external guidelines and regulations.
- Community Engagement: Regularly conduct activities in the catchment area to acquire high-quality, High Net Worth Individual (HNI) customers and enhance visibility for IDFC First Bank.
- Initiative Implementation: Work on key central initiatives and seek referrals from existing customers to drive business growth.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and support functions to deliver products and service offerings to customers effectively.
