DEVELOPER Role Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to meticulously design, thoroughly test, and consistently maintain software programs tailored for operating systems or applications, ensuring they meet rigorous 100% quality assurance benchmarks. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a proactive problem-solving attitude, and a commitment to delivering top-notch solutions to clients.
Responsibilities for DEVELOPER:
In this role, you will:
- Understand product/software requirements and design
- Develop software solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, and data usage
- Investigate problem areas throughout the software development life cycle
- Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues
- Identify and implement ideas to improve system performance and availability
- Collaborate with functional teams or systems analysts to convert client requirements into feasible designs
- Code and ensure optimal software/module development
- Develop and automate processes for software validation
- Modify software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, or improve performance
- Analyze information to recommend and plan system installations or modifications
- Prepare reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status
- Compile comprehensive documentation and reports as requested
- Coordinate with the team on daily project status and progress
- Provide feedback on usability and serviceability
- Report quality risks to stakeholders
- Interact with clients to capture requirements and clarify details
