Role 1 – Software Engineer – DevOps

Job Overview:

About the Job:

Responsibilities of Software Engineer – DevOps:

• Build and maintain the next-generation platform, infrastructure, and tooling for a high-volume real-time gaming environment.
• Develop automated, secure, reliable, and operable systems.
• Troubleshoot live production issues and build real-time monitoring systems.
• Take proactive/reactive actions on various events encountered during operations.

Qualifications:

• Final Year student pursuing Bachelor or Integrated Masters degree in Engineering.

Skill Requirement for Software Engineer – DevOps:

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages like Python, Ruby, PHP, Javascript, etc.
• Understanding of TCP/IP Networks, OSI Layers, and networking protocols.
• Familiarity with HTTP/REST-based systems backed by SQL, NoSQL, and Caching data stores.
• Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
• Knowledge of statically typed Compiled languages like Go, Scala, Java, C++, etc.

About the Job:

Responsibilities of Software Engineer:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and test software solutions using industry best practices and technologies.
• Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify requirements and solutions.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and scalability.
• Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Ensure software is updated with the latest features.

Qualifications:

• Final Year student pursuing Bachelor or Integrated Masters degree in Engineering.

Skill Requirement for Software Engineer- Full Stack:

• Proficiency in Java, Javascript, Node.js, HTML, CSS.
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies.
• Understanding of web applications and frameworks like JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC.
• Familiarity with server infrastructure, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
