What You Will Do as Data Engineer II
- Build Data Pipelines: Develop and maintain batch and near real-time data pipelines using Java, Python, Spark, and SQL.
- ETL and Streaming Solutions: Build and support ETL/ELT pipelines and assist in developing real-time streaming solutions using Kafka and Spark Structured Streaming.
- Data Quality and Validation: Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure reliable data delivery across Data Lake and Data Warehouse environments.
- Cloud Deployment and Automation: Develop and deploy data pipelines in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP while supporting CI/CD and automation initiatives.
Skills Required:
Programming & Data. Write robust code and queries using Java, Python, SQL, and Apache Spark.
Cloud & Infrastructure. Deploy data pipelines and leverage storage compute services across AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms.
Tools & Engineering. Manage code using Git and support CI/CD pipelines alongside containerization tools like Docker.
Basic Qualifications:
