What You Will Do as Specialist, Product Management
- Product Feature Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery of prioritized product features, ensuring requirements, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and customer outcomes are clearly defined and successfully executed.
- Backlog Management & Prioritization: Maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog by balancing customer value, business impact, technical dependencies, platform health, and engineering capacity.
- Agile Execution & Ceremony Ownership: Lead product participation in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to drive alignment, decision-making, and predictable delivery.
- Engineering Partnership: Partner closely with engineering leaders and development teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements, resolve tradeoffs, and manage delivery risks throughout the development lifecycle.
- Product Testing & Release Management: Drive feature validation, user acceptance testing readiness, release planning, and go-live execution to ensure new capabilities meet quality standards and are delivered with minimal operational risk.
- Feature KPI & Success Tracking: Define, monitor, and communicate feature success metrics, adoption trends, and business outcomes, leveraging data-driven insights to inform future roadmap and investment decisions.
Skills Required:
Product & Project Management. Experience in product development, roadmap execution, and managing product life cycles.
Agile & Delivery. Ability to lead Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and collaborate with engineering teams.
Soft Skills. Strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication, organizational, and planning skills.
