What You Will Do as Spice Modeling Engineer
- SPICE Model Development: Own and drive development of SPICE model files for advanced process nodes while resolving complex technical trade-offs.
- Automation Strategy: Define and drive automation strategy for QA flows to improve validation coverage, efficiency, and scalability.
- Test Structure Optimization: Architect and optimize test structures for model-to-hardware correlation and parasitic extraction.
- Methodology Definition: Define methodologies to extract SPICE model parameters from IV and CV data and represent the team in technical sign-offs.
- Technical Mentorship: Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical roadmap.
Skills Required:
Modeling and Physics. Hands-on experience developing and validating compact and SPICE models within a foundry PDK environment.
