- Verification & Debugging: Perform DFT verification using Gate Level Simulations and solve DFT problems, simulation failures, and ATPG coverage improvements.
- Coding & Timing Analysis: Write RTL code, perform shell scripting, and handle timing constraints and DFT mode timing analysis.
Skills Required:
DFT Tools & Concepts. Strong proficiency in Spyglass DFT, scan architecture, ATPG, and fault models.
