What You Will Do as Production Planner
- Master Data & MPS Management: Ensures on-time delivery by managing planning-related master data quality with EIM and generates a feasible Master Production Schedule from supply planning inputs.
- Production Scheduling & MRP: Develops a detailed production schedule and material requirements plan while minimizing changeover times in coordination with operations management.
- Resource Optimization: Works to optimize workforce and equipment utilization to enhance efficiency and productivity across production operations.
- Shop Floor Coordination: Releases production schedules to the shop floor and facilitates regular planning handshake meetings to address challenges and align priorities.
- Troubleshooting & Resolution: Engages in troubleshooting production orders and materials to promptly resolve issues and maintain operational continuity.
Skills Required:
Technical & Software. Hands-on experience in SAP PP Module, Master Data Management (MDM), and Materials Requirements Planning (MRP).
Manufacturing & Operations. Familiarity with manufacturing principles, production planning, scheduling, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Interpersonal Skills. Strong stakeholder management, continuous improvement mindset, and effective communication skills.
