What You Will Do as Fraud Operations Associate (Mandarin Speaking)
- Account Investigations: Investigate accounts to identify fraudulent merchants, card testing, account takeover, and other fraud vectors.
- Partner Support: Conduct investigations on merchant accounts to support financial partner requirements.
- Risk Assessment: Assess risk factors and trends of potentially fraudulent activity.
- Detection Strategies: Help maintain fraud detection strategies and business rules that balance fraud loss and customer experience.
- Root Cause Analysis: Contribute to root cause analysis to identify opportunities to predict, prevent, and mitigate risk within process and performance.
- Business Reviews: Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews for the Fraud Operations team.
Skills Required:
Languages. High professional fluency in both Mandarin and English is a core requirement.
Fraud & Risk. Understanding of fraud analysis, investigations, operations, and risk mitigation.
Analytical Skills. Ability to use data to make sound assessments, judgements, and root cause analyses.
