What You Will Do as Process Trainer – TL – Lending
- Design Training Programs: Design and deliver training programs for sales teams on lending products, sales processes, compliance requirements, and operational procedures.
- Develop Content: Develop and maintain training content including presentations, training manuals, SOPs, assessments, and e-learning modules.
- Conduct Sessions: Conduct classroom, virtual, and field-based training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Evaluate Performance: Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, feedback, and tracking to identify learning gaps and improvement areas.
