Bosch Automotive Electronics India (RBAI) is hiring for the role of Process Owner – Milling and Plasma Cleaning Process at its Bengaluru facility. What You Will Do as Process Owner – Milling & Plasma Cleaning
- Process & Tooling Management: Oversee PCBA milling, fixtures, tooling, ADC laser cleaning, and PCBA cleaning operations.
- Production Readiness: Prepare, validate, and document readiness for New Product Introduction (NPI) and Engineering Change Requests (ECR).
- Line Setup & Release: Coordinate line building, pre-acceptance, design approval, installation, and final line release.
- Machine Troubleshooting: Handle second-level machine downtime resolution and guide line technicians during issues.
- Quality & Defect Solving: Solve internal and customer defects using 7QC tools, PDCA framework, PFMEA, and POKAYOKE implementations.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive cycle time (CT) reduction, validation using DOE, benchmark localization, and tool life extension projects.
Skills Required:
Manufacturing & Process. Knowledge of PCBA milling, laser and plasma cleaning, line installation, and tooling design.
Quality & Analysis Tools. Hands-on understanding of 7QC tools, PDCA methodology, PFMEA, and Design of Experiments (DOE).
Analytics & Reporting. Ability to track failures and visualize operational data using Power BI or Tableau dashboards.
Basic Qualifications:
- BE in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Diploma in Mechanical or Tool & Die Engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with automotive electronics manufacturing standards and PCBA production lines.
