- Must be retired from the Power Sector, Mining Sector, Infrastructure Projects, Govt. Sector, or State Department.
- Must have retired from a Senior Management position not below General Manager (Minimum E-8 or Pay Matrix Level 14).
- Must have at least 10 years of experience managing safety functions in construction, operations, tunneling, or underground construction works.
- Age should not exceed 63 years as on the closing date of application.

- Specialized Operations Review: Review safety measures related to tunneling, underground works, excavation, blasting, heavy lifting, and working at height.
