The Last Mile Analytics & Quality Team in Hyderabad is seeking a Transportation Quality Specialist. This role involves providing support for address resolution, geocode correction, driver support, and static route management in the last mile delivery process. The specialist will also handle operational issues related to transportation process optimization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual audits and resolve outliers/exceptions following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Identify patterns in audits and contribute to process/program improvements
  • Provide timely responses to stakeholders as per SOP and SLA
  • Escalate problems systematically to relevant owners/teams
  • Maintain records of daily work by updating trackers or workflow tools
  • Meet business metrics and goals including SLA, productivity, quality, and utilization benchmarks
  • Understand performance metrics to drive business goals
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to team/program growth
