Responsibilities:
- Managing back and middle office processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Overseeing diverse stages of the client/product life cycle, including KYC, legal documentation, portfolio reconciliation, and more.
- Handling data capture, processing, and system updates, along with reconciliations and fund transfers.
- Crafting detailed reports using MS Excel, providing crucial insights for decision-making.
- Engaging in external communication with agents, clients, and counterparties to resolve queries and discrepancies.
- Identifying and escalating risks promptly, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding issues.
- Contributing to various trade support activities across the Trade Lifecycle, from confirmation matching to settlements.
- Assisting in the setup and execution of corporate actions and other capital market tasks.
- Continuously learning and mastering a variety of financial products, from equity securities to fixed income products.
Requirements for Analyst:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in finance or related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in investment banking operations.
- Basic knowledge of finance, trade life cycle, and derivatives.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
- Excellent time management and issue resolution skills.
