Responsibilities for Analyst:
As an Analyst, the selected candidate will play a crucial role in handling HR transactions involving Employee Life Cycle Management. Responsibilities include:
- Managing HR transactions effectively and efficiently, ensuring exceptional transactional quality and efficiency while learning and mastering the nuances of the job.
- Delivering daily operations with high quality and no errors, meeting clear strategies to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Identifying and addressing gaps in processes and operations regularly, collaborating with the Ops Lead and Manager to mitigate risks and improve performance.
- Focusing on personal development by honing communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, while contributing to team objectives and business goals.
- Operating seamlessly as part of a team, supporting business objectives, and contributing to quality output, timeliness, innovation, productivity, and schedule adherence.
Profile Required for Analyst:
