Eligibility Criteria: Associate Software Engineer
- Graduated in 2022/2023
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, EC, or IT
- 0-12 months of IT industry experience
- 60% aggregate in the highest qualification (no backlogs)
Personal Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in an international environment
- Comfortable with distant communications using various technologies
- Positive attitude towards learning and problem-solving
- Ability to coordinate work with different individuals/teams
Technical Skills: for Associate Software Engineer
- Knowledge of .Net Core, Angular, and SQL Server preferred
- Familiarity with PowerShell Scripting and tools like TFS is advantageous
- Proficiency in any programming language is a plus
Preferred Candidates:
- Self-motivated with a get-it-done attitude
- Critical thinker with the ability to work in global teams
- Desire to learn and adapt to new areas
- Attention to deadlines, details, and quality
