Cult.fit is expanding its member experience team and requires someone capable of managing the tech stack for the MEx team. They seek individuals who view customer service as an attitude and consider data crucial to operating, scaling, and sustaining the operations ecosystem. The ideal candidate should be able to leverage technology to deliver exceptional member experiences, one interaction at a time.
What Will You Do as Part of the Team?
As a member of the team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing tech tools and automations for the MEx team, focusing on digital transformation from the perspectives of members, agents, and the company’s P&L. Collaboration with tech experts, product leaders, finance analysts, and data scientists will be integral to your role.
This Role Suits Those Who:
- Understand customer experience as a function and have a strong affinity for technology.
- Have a data-driven mindset and are proficient in MS Office and data tools.
- Are comfortable with tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshworks, Sprinklr, etc.
- Enjoy building automations and leveraging tech platforms, AI, MLs, and logic to streamline member and agent processes.
- Possess a learner’s mindset and thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.
Responsibilities Include: for Business Analyst
- Taking ownership of the MEx tech stack, including budgeting, scoping, planning, and scaling.
- Managing support ticket creation, rule and role-based assignments, and other matrix-based implementations.
- Generating periodic automated and manual reports to track and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with engineering, product, data science, and operational stakeholders to develop and enhance automated workflows.
- Focusing on reducing redundant influx through improved ticketing solutions and suggested product and UI changes.
- Creating BRDs, flowcharts, and documentation on business requirements and implementing them efficiently.
