Job Overview:
Guiding Care is hiring a QA Engineer I to ensure the quality of their software products. This role involves creating, monitoring, inspecting, and testing software, working with cross-functional teams to identify and capture test cases.
Essential Duties for QA Engineer:
- Test and certify features of scalable software products
- Analyze requirements and produce test cases
- Develop and execute manual and automated test suites
- Identify, document, and track bugs
- Analyze failed tests and report issues
- Communicate test results effectively
- Collaborate positively with team members
Requirements for QA Engineer:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Knowledge of testing concepts, SDLC, STLC, Agile Sprint, and Defect Life Cycle
- Proficiency in automation tools
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
