• Gather performance feedback to identify proficiency gaps.
• Help articulate project expectations and provide guidance to team members.
• Make judicious commitments and ensure their delivery.
• Proactively reach out for feedback, and consequently provide reviews when requested.
• Clearly understand enablement goals and communicate them to team members.
• Identify and close competency gaps at a community level.
• Drive best practices for competency gap identification and closure.
• Facilitate team participation in experience-building forums.
• Keep skill profiles and resumes current.
• Manage interview panelists and ensure nominations are balanced.
• Prepare engagement-related induction for new joiners.
• Resolve conflicts transparently and drive performance management processes.
• Identify ideas for reusable assets and contribute to their creation.
• Contribute to white papers, experience papers, and case studies under guidance.

• Understand and communicate enablement goals clearly to team members.
• Identify team enablement needs effectively.
• Develop strategies and processes to address competency gaps within the community.

• Maintain up-to-date skill profiles and resumes.
• Ensure a balanced roster of interview panelists from the team.
• Establish a knowledge base for seamless onboarding of new team members.
• Provide support for the integration of new community members.
• Resolve conflicts impartially and transparently.

• Monitor and adapt the Rewards and Recognition process in collaboration with the operations team.
