Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their queries and concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Develop a deep understanding of LimeChat’s product offerings and become an expert in providing technical assistance to customers.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth user experience.
