Responsibilities for Assistant Manager:
- Drive Portfolio Management: Manage the credit card recovery portfolio in alignment with targets allocated to multiple agencies across various locations.
- Compliance: Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions, maintain data security, and conduct timely audits of vendor processes and documents.
- Productivity: Monitor collection strategy metrics, oversee payment logistics, ensure adherence to turnaround time (TAT), and perform due diligence on accounts for settlement.
- People Management: Motivate field executives, ensure location coverage as per service level agreements (SLA), conduct regular interactive sessions, and track hiring and certification of field executives.
Measure of Success:
- Deliver recovery numbers as per assigned targets.
- Ensure timely and 100% allocation of referred accounts to field vendors.
- Secure transmission of data to vendors, achieve FM Score, and 100% SVCL coverage.
- Facilitate timely training and DRA certification of field executives to meet RBI guidelines.
Qualifications:
Skills Required for Assistant Manager:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Resourcefulness and vendor management abilities
- Strong planning, organizing, and computer skills (MS Office)
- Interpersonal skills and willingness to stretch
Must-have Qualification: Graduate Degree
