Wipro is currently seeking a dedicated Associate to join its team in Gurugram, India. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining quality service, analyzing client problems, recommending system improvements, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. This position requires proficiency in basic technical skills, project management, and a strong understanding of the insurance industry.

Qualifications for Associate in Wipro:
- High School Grad / Graduate
- Fresher with low complexity clerical processing, basic process knowledge, and basic technical skills proficiency
- Ability to meet agreed quality standards within tight deadlines and follow instructions/scripts/process-flows
- Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel), project management, and quality management
- Results-driven with excellent understanding of the Insurance Industry for experienced colleagues
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Enforce quality standards, analyze and resolve client’s problems, and recommend system improvements
- Define objectives, identify and evaluate trends and options, choose a course of action, and evaluate outcomes
- Develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
- Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Adhere to compliance and generate control reports
- Generate statutory reporting per country requirement
- Active participation in internal/external audits
- Escalation management
- Generate scheduled/ad-hoc reports
- Trainable Skills: Neutral Voice and Accent and call management, UK Saving and Retirement Industry Skills, Process Knowledge
Languages:
- English (R/W/S) with C1 Language Proficiency Level
Work Conditions:
- Flexibility to work in a 24*5 shift environment (9 AM to 6 PM WO – Saturday, Sunday)
- Flexibility to occasionally extend work hours to meet business needs
