What You Will Do as Fulfillment Planning Analyst
- Supply Chain Process Management: Manage a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes, including inventory analysis, demand management, logistics, and import/export operations.
- Demand and Supply Matching: Independently execute demand and supply matching activities to connect planning to execution while identifying issues and their business impact.
- Backlog and Data Analysis: Drive analysis for backlog management and synthesize demand data gathered from country, region, and account managers to contribute to demand forecasting.
- Team Coordination and Leadership: Coordinate and lead regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance current business processes.
- Metrics and Compliance: Monitor key performance metrics, create relevant reporting metrics, and coordinate or manage a regulatory trade compliance program.
Skills Required:
Supply Chain & Operations. Expertise in supply chain management, inventory control, procurement, production planning, and warehousing.
Tools & Systems. Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning and SAP applications to streamline operational processes.
Cross-Org Skills. Strong competencies in effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, and customer centricity.
