What You Will Do as Financial Analyst
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Perform moderately complex financial analysis for specific functions or business units and generate regular and ad-hoc financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Accounting & Month-End Activities: Handle lease accounting in compliance with ASC842 and US GAAP requirements, execute month-end activities, and conduct balance sheet reconciliations and reviews.
- Budgeting & Planning: Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and long-term financial plans while establishing strong relationships with business leaders.
- Data Modeling & Insights: Conduct financial analysis to determine trends, observe relationships, develop forecast model ratios, and support key business initiatives.
Skills Required:
Accounting & Finance. Core knowledge in corporate finance, accounting principles, lease accounting, and financial statements.
Analysis & Tools. Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, variance analysis, KPIs, and SAP applications.
Professional Skills. Strong communication, learning agility, process improvement, and results orientation.
