- Team Leadership & Analytical Excellence: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Campaign Operations Specialists and Managers while driving structured thinking and upskilling the team on platforms and measurement frameworks.
- Campaign Delivery & Performance Ownership: Own end-to-end delivery across Paytm Ads inventory and the Programmatic ecosystem ensuring zero-defect launches, accurate targeting, and acting as final escalation owner.
- Advanced Optimization & Insights: Conduct deep-dive analysis on performance drivers and apply advanced optimization frameworks to improve CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS.
- AdTech, Measurement & Platform Collaboration: Partner with Product and Tech teams to debug and improve auction mechanics, pacing logic, attribution, and reporting.
Skills Required:
AdTech & Platforms. Hands-on experience with Mobile Measurement Partners, DSPs, SSPs, and major ad platforms.
Analytics & Optimization. Strong proficiency in handling data, attribution models, conversion windows, and advanced Excel or SQL.
