What You Will Do as Growth Management – P4B
- Own Growth Charter: Drive activation, engagement, retention, and winback strategies for the Paytm for Business app.
- Data-Led Insights: Build a data-led growth engine using user analytics, cohort analysis, funnel metrics, and behavioral insights.
- Experimentation & Testing: Drive a culture of rapid iteration through hypothesis creation, A/B testing, and business impact measurement.
- Lifecycle Marketing: Scale CLM initiatives across user segments and customer journey stages, utilizing AI and agentic capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Design, and Operations teams to execute initiatives.
