What You Will Do as Specialist Total Rewards

• Rewards Communication: Own the end-to-end communication strategy for all Rewards programs, building toolkits, FAQs, and presentation decks to simplify complex pay philosophies for employees.
• Change Management: Support change management planning for major rewards transformations, including stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, and rollout plans.
• Market Research and Benchmarking: Conduct ongoing market research, competitive benchmarking, and annual salary benchmarking exercises using survey data like Radford, Mercer, and Korn Ferry.
• Data Analysis: Analyze internal compensation data to identify patterns, anomalies, and equity gaps, presenting findings with clear narratives and recommendations.

Skills Required:

Communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills to simplify complex topics and tailor messaging for various audiences.

Analytical. Comfort with Excel, Google Sheets, and HR analytics tools to interpret compensation data and build repositories.

HR & Rewards. Foundational knowledge of compensation structures, benchmarking, variable pay, and wellness programs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Graduate, Post Graduate or MBA in HR
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or Total Rewards
