What You Will Do as Executive – IT Support

• IT User Support: Drive closure of local IT user calls within specified SLAs and act as a reliable point of contact for the Service Desk team.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with contractors and vendors, monitor work progress, and manage timely resolutions for hardware-related calls.
• Reporting & Inventory: Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly call analysis reports, trend reports, hardware failure reports, and handle hardware and software inventory management.
• Maintenance & Infrastructure: Plan and execute maintenance schedules, monitor servers and network devices to ensure minimal downtime, and manage user and security access via Active Directory.

Skills Required:

Operating Systems & Software. Strong troubleshooting knowledge across Windows, Mac, Linux, MS Outlook, Thunderbird, and Google Apps.

Networking & Infrastructure. Hands-on experience in managing servers, Wi-Fi routers, DNS, DHCP, RAID, and network devices.

Administration & Security. Experience with Active Directory Services, Kaspersky Antivirus server, WSUS, WDS, backups, and profile migrations.
