What You Will Do as Process Owner
- Production Readiness: Prepare, validate, and document production readiness for NPI and ECR.
- Line Build and Design: Handle design approval, line build coordination, pre-acceptance, installation, and line release.
- Problem Solving: Resolve internal and customer defects using 7QC tools and the PDCA approach, alongside 2nd level machine downtime troubleshooting.
- Process Improvement: Drive utilization, POKAYOKE, CIP projects, PFMEA, CP, and FPY improvements.
- Audits and Collaboration: Coordinate process and customer audits, calibration activities, and work closely with development and lead plants.
Skills Required:
Technical Knowledge. Strong understanding of dispensing processes, conformal coating, TIM printing, PCBA cleaning, and tooling fixtures.
Quality & Problem Solving. Proficiency in root cause analysis, DOE, PDCA, FMEA, process capability, and 7QC tools.
Data & Dashboards. Ability to create failure analysis dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Basic Qualifications:
- BE in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering
- Diploma in Mechanical or Tool & Die Engineering
