What You Will Do as Senior Engineer – Process Planner
- Value Stream Planning: Plan, implement, and develop manufacturing value addition flow using resources like space, MAE, testing, and handling to deliver quality products.
- Process Control and Release: Establish and manage process releases such as CpK studies, PPAP, control plans, work instructions, and reaction plans for defect-free production.
- Budgeting and Cost Management: Estimate and propose budgets for personnel, tooling, services, and project costs, while tracking expenditures to ensure economic success.
- Risk and Deviation Management: Identify and evaluate operational risks, compile deviations, and implement preventive measures to limit impact on customers and business results.
- Vendor Procurement Support: Prepare technical inquiries, scout market suppliers, conduct techno-commercial discussions, and initiate purchase requests.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate manufacturing setups for efficiency, implement Industry 4.0 concepts, and manage project plans for business growth.
Skills Required:
Core Engineering. Understanding of manufacturing value streams, process planning, and operational efficiency.
Quality Tools. Familiarity with CpK studies, PPAP, control plans, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Management & Methods. Project management, risk evaluation, budgeting, and agile methodologies.
