What You Will Do as Sr. Engineer / Asst Manager – Electronics / Electrical Maintenance
- Machine Shop Maintenance: Handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of machine shop machines and equipment.
- Control Systems & Troubleshooting: Work with CNC controllers, PLCs, and robotics while troubleshooting technical losses using electrical circuits and analytical tools.
- KPI & Safety Adherence: Ensure maintenance KPIs meet targets, monitor corrective actions, and maintain safety and 5S standards on the shopfloor.
- Spare Parts & SAP Management: Manage spare parts, handle in-house refurbishment, localize costly imported spares, and maintain records in SAP.
Skills Required:
Technical & Controllers. Hands-on expertise with CNC controllers like 840D, Fanuc, Rexroth, and PLC systems including Allen Bradley and Siemens.
Maintenance & Industry 4.0. Strong capability in predictive maintenance, TPM implementation, and deploying I4.0 and IoT solutions.
