PESCO Recruitment 2026: Apply for DGM Posts on Contract
Punjab Ex-Servicemen Corporation (PESCO) has invited applications for DGM IT, DGM Project & Ventures, and DGM Security posts on a contractual basis. Eligible retired defence personnel and civilian professionals can apply on or before 24 November 2026.
Who Can Apply?
- Retired Defence Services officers of rank Col/Lt Col/Major or equivalent.
- For DGM IT: Master Degree in Computer Science, IT, Info Systems or Software Engineer. Open to Ex-Servicemen (ESM) or Non-Ex-Servicemen (Non-ESM).
- For DGM (Project & Ventures): Post Graduate preferably MBA or equivalent. Only for Ex-Servicemen.
- For DGM (Security): Col/Lt Col/Major who have commanded a unit/sub unit/est or equivalent level and medically fit. Only for Ex-Servicemen.
- Age limit: Less than 56 years as on 01 Nov 2026 for Ex-Servicemen, and less than 45 years for Non-Ex-Servicemen for DGM (IT).
- Working knowledge of Punjabi, Punjab Domicile, and 10th standard with Punjabi are mandatory for all appointments.
