What You Will Do as Technical Business Analyst – Product & Pricing Operations
- CPQ Configuration & Management: Design, implement, and manage the configuration of internal CPQ systems while ensuring proper rule configuration, release management, and data migration.
- Product Lifecycle Support: Partner with stakeholders to capture product configuration requirements and drive execution throughout the Product SKU Lifecycle Management process.
- Automation & Scripting: Design and develop automation frameworks and scripting solutions to reduce manual efforts, increase team efficiency, and support faster product launches.
- Troubleshooting & Governance: Lead troubleshooting, bug fixing, and end-to-end governance of quoting rules including UAT support and continuous optimization.
Skills Required:
Salesforce & CPQ. Deep expertise in Salesforce administration, SOQL, Salesforce CPQ, Apttus CPQ, and product lifecycle management.
Coding & Automation. Ability to build automation frameworks, scripts, and use AI tools to solve operational inefficiencies.
Communication & Analysis. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to translate business needs into technical requirements for diverse audiences.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of Salesforce technical and administrative experience
- 1+ year of hands-on CPQ configuration experience
