What You Will Do as Service Sales Specialist
- Sales Quotations: Generate sales quotations and proposals while ensuring quotation deadlines and response times are met.
- System Recording: Ensure all quotations are properly recorded and discounts are prepared and requested in HP IQ.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of Polycom and HP product and service portfolios.
- Department Coordination: Liaise with the Inside Sales Team across markets and the Order Management team to ensure smooth processing of purchase orders.
Skills Required:
Tools & Software. Proficiency in Microsoft suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF, Price Hub, HP IQ, and integrated quoting tools.
Data Skills. Good Excel skills including pivots, formulas, and look-ups to handle reports and data accurately.
Communication Skills. Effective written and oral English communication skills for daily interaction with global sales teams.
