Roles and Responsibilities:
- Buyer Management: Act as the SPOC for Defence and MHA organisations and their Buyer ecosystem while facilitating onboarding and effective GeM utilisation.
- Procurement & Policy Advisory: Examine procurement cases with reference to GFR, DoE Manuals, DPM, and applicable government rules.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with MoD and MHA organisations and engage with senior officials on strategic procurement and adoption.
- Procurement Case Examination: Examine complex cases involving technical and financial evaluation, price matching, amendments, and compliance perspectives.
- Monitoring & Performance Management: Monitor Defence and MHA GMV, orders, buyer participation, savings, and prepare dashboards and leadership briefs.
- Capacity Building: Conduct buyer workshops, training programmes, and awareness sessions while developing advisories and FAQs.
