ICAR-CIFE Walk-In Interview 2026 for Young Professional Posts
ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Education, Mumbai has announced a walk-in interview for Young Professional-I and Young Professional-II positions on a contractual basis. Eligible candidates can submit their applications by 4th November 2026.
Who Can Apply?
- Minimum age is 21 years and maximum age is 45 years.
- For YP-I: B.Com/BBA/BBS with minimum 60% marks and 1 year of experience in relevant field.
- For YP-II (Option 1): B.Com/BBA/BBS with minimum 60% marks and CA (ICWA)/ICWA (Inter)/CS (Inter) with minimum 1 year of experience.
- For YP-II (Option 2): B.Com/BBA/BBS with minimum 60% marks and MBA (Finance) or equivalent with minimum 60% marks and 1 year of experience.
- Age relaxation for SC, ST, OBC, PwD, and other reserved categories will be provided as per Government of India / ICAR rules.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Project Accounts Maintenance: Project-wise maintenance of accounts for all ICAR-funded and externally funded projects.
- Financial Record Management: Maintenance of records of funds received, expenditure incurred, and available balances under each project.
- Utilization Certificates: Preparation of Utilization Certificates (UCs) and expenditure statements relating to projects.
- Cash Book and Reconciliation: Maintenance of the Institute Cash Book and preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
