- Store House Custodian: Act as the custodian of the store house and maintain systematic oversight.

- Audit Assistance: Assist superior officers in the audit of ledgers and liaise with audit authorities.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory control for all store house items and handle the disposal of scrap.
- Material Management: Supervise handling systems for the efficient issue and receipt of stores in warehouses.
