What You Will Do as Associate Analyst, Analytics & Metrics
- Data Collection and Validation: Support the collection, validation, and reporting of quarterly operational reported data within tight timelines.
- Revenue Protection Analysis: Leverage analytics to analyze customer reported data and ensure there is no revenue leakage.
- Customer Support and Training: Provide analytical support, training, and inquiry resolution related to quarterly reporting topics for internal and external customers.
- System Testing and Enhancements: Act as a key contributor for developing and testing system enhancements and operational process improvements.
Skills Required:
Tools & Software. Proficiency in PC skills including Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook to manage tasks and data.
Analytical Skills. Strong ability to analyze operational metrics, research customer data, and pay close attention to detail.
