What You Will Do as Banking Operations Specialist
- Ledger & Subledger Management: Review and post financial and non-financial accounting entries across retail banking General Ledger and Subledger accounts while resolving breaks and discrepancies.
- Transaction Analysis: Analyze daily transaction journals and system suspense accounts to verify proper fund allocation, interest calculations, and fee adjustments.
- Process Optimization: Analyze end-to-end workflows to identify inefficiencies and drive process re-engineering and simplification initiatives.
- Reporting & MIS: Prepare recurring and ad-hoc operational MIS reports, exception dashboards, and root-cause analysis summaries for management review.
