What You Will Do as BMS Hardware Engineer

• Circuit Design & Development: Design and develop hardware circuits for low-voltage and high-voltage Battery Management Systems.
• Testing & Failure Analysis: Perform hardware failure analysis, board-level testing, and high-voltage power electronics testing.
• Layout & Matrix Verification: Review PCB layouts, define creepage distance matrices, and analyze component change notices (PCN/PTN).
• Simulation & Reliability: Conduct circuit simulations, worst-case calculations, and perform FMEA and FMEDA safety analysis.
• Requirements & Documentation: Manage requirements in DOORS, select components via DAR, and prepare test plans and reports following automotive standards like LV124 and ISO 16750.

Skills Required:

Circuit Design & Analysis. Deep understanding of analog, digital, and power electronics circuit design alongside worst-case analysis.

Simulation Tools. Hands-on experience running circuit simulations using LTSpice, SIMPLIS, or MATLAB.
