What You Will Do as Clinical Application Specialist – IGT S
- Application Training: Conduct post-sales and pre-sales application training for new and existing IGT sites to ensure successful system handover.
- Clinical Support: Provide clinical application support to users until they are fully confident in handling the system independently.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key IGT users, clinicians, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
