What You Will Do as CSA Healthcare – Email/Back Office
- Production and Quality: Analyze multiple documents and contracts to decide on paying or denying member/provider claims according to client specifications.
- Routing Claims: Route claims to the appropriate department, provider, or member when missing information is required for claims adjudication.
- Adherence: Complete claims while strictly adhering to required Turnaround Time (TAT) and quality Service Level Agreements (SLAs), along with shift and schedule adherence.
