What You Will Do as Embedded C++ & PLC Automation Engineer-EPS1

• Test Scope Analysis: Analyze customer Functional Requirements and Technical Design Packages to define integration test scope and strategy.
• Test Case Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated integration test cases in Embedded C++ for ctrlX PLC IO modules and accessories.
• Hardware Validation: Validate hardware-software integration and industrial communication protocols including EtherCAT CoE, EoE, CAN, M-Bus, and RS232/RS485.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Debug and troubleshoot integration issues on target hardware in collaboration with firmware, hardware, and overseas engineering teams.
• Documentation & Mentorship: Maintain test documentation, defect reports, and requirement traceability while mentoring junior engineers and supporting technical reviews.

Skills Required:

Programming & Frameworks. Strong coding capability in Embedded C++ with hands-on practice in C++17 framework test case development.

Industrial Protocols. Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as EtherCAT, EoE, M-BUS, CAN, and serial interfaces.

Embedded Systems & Tools. Experience working with Linux-based embedded systems, version control using Git, and hardware-software integration debugging.

Basic Qualifications:

• BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in E&C or any equivalent
• Strong programming experience in Embedded C++ and PLC IO modules
• Hands-on knowledge in C++(17) Framework Test Case development
