What You Will Do as Formal Verification Engineer
- Flow Implementation: Specify, implement, and maintain an integrated end-to-end formal verification flow for the team.
- Script Automation: Develop scripts to automate various stages of the verification process.
- Proof Review: Review formal setups and proofs collaboratively with design and verification teams.
- Library Maintenance: Maintain and extend assertion libraries supporting both simulation and formal verification.
- Verification Planning: Identify key behaviours for design under test (DUT) and create comprehensive verification plans.
- Environment Setup: Develop verification environments including assumptions, assertions, and cover properties based on the verification plan.
- Design Correctness: Apply advanced formal verification techniques to prove the correctness of digital designs.
- RTL Debugging: Debug RTL to identify and resolve the root causes of failure scenarios.
