What You Will Do as HiL Test Engineer
- HIL Environment Setup: Prepare the HIL environment for test campaigns by handling HIL integration, software flashing, ECU parameter updates, and creating test and measurement environments.
- Testing & Debugging: Perform integration HIL testing, diagnose issues, troubleshoot root causes, and prepare detailed reports using laboratory tools like oscilloscopes and multimeters.
- Protocol & Scripting: Work with communication protocols like CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and UDS while writing ECU test scripts using tools like Provetech, CANape, and Python.
Skills Required:
Testing Tools. Hands-on experience with dSpace Control desk, dSpace configuration desk, CANoe, CANape, and automation tools.
Programming & Scripting. Proficiency in programming languages like C, Python, CAPL, VB.Net, and C# for test automation.
Protocols & Hardware. Strong understanding of communication protocols like CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and diagnostic protocols like UDS.
