What You Will Do as Process Associate

• GL Closing and Reporting: Responsible for timely closure of books of accounts for entities and monthly, quarterly, or yearly reporting.
• General Ledger Control: Control and review general ledger accounting, including maintenance and control over the chart of accounts.
• Accounting Policies: Ensure implementation of new accounting policies and standards as per IND AS and IFRS.
• Fiscal Reviews: Ensure monthly fiscal reviews with the Record to Report Head, Corporate Financial Controller, and monthly balance sheet reviews.
• Statutory Financials: Prepare and finalize quarterly statutory financials as per IND AS and facilitate external audits.
• Month-End Activities: Handle month-end closing activities, coordinate with various teams, and ensure sub-ledgers close on time.
• Fiscal Governance: Ensure fiscal governance, internal controls, process documentation, and closure of IA audit points.
• Special Projects: Participate in special projects related to finance control and process improvements.

Skills Required:

Accounting & Standards. Strong understanding and application of IND AS, IFRS, Companies Act 2013, and SEBI regulations.

Tools & Systems. Hands-on exposure to SAP-FI system, with basic understanding of new-age tech like RPA, blockchain, and PowerBI being a plus.

Soft Skills. Possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good communication skills.

Basic Qualifications:

• CA or CMA qualification
• Knowledge of Companies Act 2013, Ind AS, IFRS, and SEBI Regulations
• Exposure to SAP-FI system

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in medium or large manufacturing industry, GCC, or COE
